Job Responsibilities: Generate invoices and prepare shipping documentation to support order fulfilment. Coordinate and track shipments with freight forwarders, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. Review and verify shipment information for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with regional subsidiaries, distributors, and internal stakeholders on order and logistics matters. Arrange transportation and delivery schedules between warehouses and installation sites. Manage inventory movement and storage coordination; Maintain accurate records of inventory, warehouse transactions, and shipment activities. Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations across regional markets. Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by the team.
