Job Responsibilities: Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans Provide rehabilitation therapy to support patients' functional recovery and mobility Monitor patients' progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers Job Requirements: Min.
