8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon-Fri) Centre Location: Central Monthly salary: Up to $8000 + good benefits A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacist to join their team. Key Responsibilities Dispense medications safely and accurately while providing comprehensive medication counselling to patients and caregivers. Conduct medication reviews, identify and resolve drug-related problems, and make evidence-based therapeutic recommendations to ensure safe and cost-effective treatment. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and assistants in outpatient pharmacy operations and patient care. Contribute to the education and training of pharmacy students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and pharmacy support staff. Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy practice and patient outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders. Job requirements: Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) Clinical practice experience of at least 5 to 8 years Keen in performing operational duties Looking for a change or a new challenge?
