Project Engineer (2 Years Contract)

Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the management of assigned projects in security systems such as CCTV Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection System, Electronics Access Control System, Audio/Video Intercom System, etc. Responsible for the implementation of installation, testing and commissioning of the security systems as per customer requirements within budget and delivery schedule commitments. Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects. To liaise with Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Interior Designers, etc to provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specifications and variation claims. Procurement of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within project’s budget. Conduct detailed training to customers on the operational use of the installed, security systems. Ensure subcontractors on-site perform the work in accordance with the approved drawings and instructions as appropriate. Ensure shop drawings, floor plan drawings and single line diagrams are correctly updated for each project before handing over to Maintenance Department. Respond to and manage customer feedback/complaints and take corrective/preventive action. Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on progress reports, forecasts, technical problems encountered, etc. Experiences & Skills Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, IT Computer Science / networking related or related fields with 2 years of working experience Excellent project and people management skills. Hands-on project execution and management experience. Good oral and written communication skills. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Good working knowledge on IP data networks
