Retail Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities Lead and manage retail store teams to achieve sales targets and business goals. Oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail outlets. Monitor and improve sales performance across all stores. Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and discipline. Recruit, train, coach, and develop retail staff. Handle employee issues and customer complaints professionally. Plan and execute store promotions, visual merchandising, and product displays. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance. Ensure smooth daily operations across all retail outlets. Drive team motivation and maintain a positive working culture. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or multi-store operations. Leadership and people management skills. Able to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Experienced in handling customer complaints and staff-related matters. Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales management.
