The individual will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks related to strategic planning and data analytics. Responsibilities: Strategic Research & Planning · Support market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, strategic opportunities, and emerging priorities. AI Exploration & Innovation · Contribute to the evaluation and application of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, workflow automation) to enhance business processes, support decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. Project Management Support · Assist inmanaging cross-functional initiatives, including coordinating stakeholders,tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of strategic projects. Business Insights & Analysis · Perform targetedanalysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluate businessopportunities (with less focus on complex financial modelling). Reporting & Communication · Prepare clearand concise presentations and materials for senior management to communicatekey insights, project updates, and recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closelywith internal teams to gather inputs, align on priorities, and supportimplementation of strategic initiatives. Ad-hoc Initiatives Support additional strategy, innovation, and transformation projects as required. Job Requirements: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of relevant experience Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in finance, consulting, or related field is a plus.
