Business Project Manager Job Description: Plan, coordinate, and oversee business projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Prepare project reports, budgets, and performance analyses for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual requirements. Manage procurement activities, vendor selection, and contract administration. Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. Review business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Support business development initiatives and evaluate new project opportunities. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
