Hawker Stall Assistant (Weekend)

Job Summary Assist in food preparation, grilling Satay, serving customers, handling cashiering, and maintaining stall cleanliness in a fast-paced food service environment. Working days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Working Hours: 11am to 10pm (including 1 hour break). Pay per hour: S$8/- to $12/- depending on experience. Responsibilities Prepare food items following established procedures to ensure quality and consistency Grill and handle Satay safely and efficiently after training to meet customer demand Serve customers promptly and accurately to provide a positive dining experience Operate basic cashiering tasks to process customer payments correctly Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall to comply with health and safety standards Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to support smooth stall operations Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork to contribute to a cooperative work setting Adapt to working conditions involving heat safely and comfortably Preferred competencies and qualifications Some prior experience in food preparation or customer service is appreciated
