Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel (Technology, Digital Transformation, Data and Cybersecurity)

The counsel will serve as the primary legal partner for major technology, digital, and data initiatives, providing end-to-end support from concept through operations, including drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts. Responsibilities also involve advising on data protection, cybersecurity, emerging technologies like AI, and monitoring relevant legislative and regulatory developments. Candidates must have at least six years of post-qualification experience with demonstrable exposure to IT, technology, media, or telecommunications matters, with fluency in personal data protection being preferred. Essential qualities include strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercial mindset, high initiative, and the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
