About this role

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and water-cooled chiller systems across company buildings. Additionally, performs electrical wiring repairs, general building maintenance, and troubleshooting for retail stores and offices. Requires a NITEC in Electrical, ACMV, Building Services, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Essential knowledge of ACMV, VRV, and Cooling Tower systems is required.
