Warehouse Assistant (Part-Time Or Full-Time)

Job Summary You will support warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing orders, processing incoming goods, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack stock to fulfill orders (Kitting) Receive and process incoming goods to maintain smooth inventory flow Perform stock-in transactions and update inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Conduct cycle counts and stock counts to verify inventory accuracy Enter data accurately into the WMS to support inventory tracking and reporting Maintain warehouse cleanliness and uphold 5S organizational standards Support daily warehouse and store operations to ensure efficient workflow Assist in preparing outgoing shipments for timely dispatch Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum N'/O' level qualifications 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred Basic computer literacy to operate inventory systems Ability to read and speak simple English for effective communication Must be able to support overtime Possess Forklift license is an advantage
