Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Manager to support the evaluation and execution of strategic investments, mergers & acquisitions, and project development initiatives. This role offers broad exposure to financial modelling, investment analysis, due diligence, project finance, and cross-border transactions while working closely with senior management and external advisors. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing financial models, assessing investment opportunities, supporting transaction execution, and contributing to the financing and development of large-scale industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and support project financing activities for large-scale petrochemical and infrastructure projects, including financial structuring, debt raising, and negotiations with lenders and financial institutions. Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including project finance models, cash flow projections, debt service analysis, and valuation models. Prepare investment memoranda, lender presentations, and financial materials to support financing discussions and strategic transactions. Coordinate with banks, export credit agencies, financial institutions, and advisors throughout the financing process. Support mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and strategic investments, including financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence. Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, technical and project teams to support the financial structuring and execution of new projects. Requirements: Strong financial modelling skills, including project finance modelling, DCF and valuation analysis. 3–4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure financing. Experience supporting project financing transactions involving banks and financial institutions. Exposure to petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is highly preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Education Bachelors / Masters in Accountancy/Finance/Financial management, with further internationally recognized qualifications such as CPA/CA CFA charter or progress towards CFA will be a Plus.
