Conduct needs and risk assessment in accordance with the service framework. Implement and follow up on case plans and interventions. Work with community stakeholders to address systemic barriers to reunification. Provide regular updates and reports to the interdisciplinary team to facilitate decision making on case plans for the clients. What We’re Looking For Degree or Masters in Social Work with minimum 2 years (or minimum 4 years for Senior Social Worker position) of related work experience in children, youth or family work. Willing to work after office hours as this is a 24/7 based service and flexibility in work arrangement is expected. Demonstrates good understanding of reunification work, trauma and attachment theories, and child and adolescent development. A positive attitude with the ability to think out of the box. Ability to manage stress and crisis effectively while making calm and informed decisions. Good communication and interpersonal skills – able to work individually and within a team, relate easily to other people, particularly children, and form positive working relationships. Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate in additional languages or dialects is an advantage to support the communication needs of children and families from diverse backgrounds Ready to Make a Difference?
