BIM Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawings. Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations. Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support. Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks. Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers. Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines. Review all work for completeness and accuracy. Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects. Knowledge in BIM responsibilities. Maintain and perform document control. Any other responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in construction sector. Minimum 2 years knowledge of BIM and submission standards, hands-on experience for BIM projects. Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude. Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
