Manager

Job Description We are seeking a capable and motivated Manager to oversee the overall operations of our serviced apartment business and ensure high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of serviced apartment properties. Oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative functions. Monitor occupancy, revenue, operational costs, and overall business performance. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Lead, supervise, and train operational staff to achieve service excellence. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company requirements. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and business partners. Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Requirements: Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field. Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, serviced apartment, hotel, or accommodation operations. Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
