Job Descriptions: Preparation of layout drawings. Preparation of material/cost estimates. Any other duties as delegated to you from time to time by your superior and the Company’s authorized personnel. Help in the updating / upkeeping of manuals and drawings. To attend technical meetings and any other related job activities. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical. Work experience in Lift/Escalator or Construction Industry preferred. Able to operate Auto-CAD software. BIM software is an advantage. Able to understand the code of practice and Barrier Free Accessibility code. Only Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident need to apply. Working Hours: 5 days' work week, 8.30am to 5.00pm
