About this role

Job Description: Provide administrative support to the project team to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations. Prepare, organise, and maintain project documents, correspondence, reports, and records. Monitor project schedules and assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and documentation. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal departments on administrative matters. Assist in procurement administration, including preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records. Support the preparation of progress claims, payment records, variation orders, and project cost documentation. Ensure proper filing and archiving of project documents in both electronic and hard copy formats. Job Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Building, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Familiarity with construction project documentation and document control processes is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with document management systems or project management software will be an advantage. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
