Key Responsibilities Site & Technical Coordination Coordinate daily M&E activities on-site with main contractor and subcontractors Assist in monitoring installation works for accuracy, quality, and compliance Identify and report design clashes and site issues Drawing & Document Control Review and coordinate M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals Assist in method statements and inspection checklists Testing & Inspection Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities Assist in preparing testing reports and handover documentation Project Support Track M&E work progress and report delays or risks Assist in coordination meetings and preparation of technical reports Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material delivery and technical matters Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field 3–7 years of relevant M&E coordination experience in construction projects
