Job Description : Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil infrastructure projects. Manage project performance relating to safety, quality, programme, cost, and contractual obligations. Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders. Administer construction contracts, including variation orders, extension of time (EOT) applications, claims, and contractual correspondence. Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, performance monitoring, and commercial negotiations. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, including civil, structural, architectural, M&E, and specialist contractors. Review project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery. Oversee project planning, construction sequencing, and handover activities. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, project specifications, and company management systems. Chair project meetings and prepare management reports for senior leadership. Foster collaboration among internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Promote a strong culture of workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements: Minimum fifteen (15) years of engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering, and at least ten (10) years of experience in managing design and construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100 m high, with deep basement structures. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction, planning, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, to project completion and handover. Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders while ensuring delivery within approved budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. Strong knowledge of building construction methodologies, structural works, architectural finishes, M&E coordination, temporary works, and construction sequencing. Experience in contract administration, including variation orders, extension of time (EOT), progress claims, subcontract administration, and commercial coordination. Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams comprising construction, engineering, planning, commercial, QA/QC, safety, and subcontractor personnel. Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, construction scheduling, risk management, and programme recovery. Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, utility agencies, and other project stakeholders. Good understanding of Singapore building regulations, statutory submission processes, quality management systems, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. Experience in procurement planning, subcontractor management, contract administration, and supplier coordination. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead large project teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Professional Engineer (PE) registration or other recognised professional certification will be an advantage.
