Drafter

Responsibilities: Develop detailed drawings and layout plan, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment in accordance to specification provisions. Maintain and record monthly master list of drawings to ensure accurate information. Review and analyse specifications, sketches, drawings, and interrelated data to evaluate factors affecting designs, procedures and guidelines. Draft detailed scale plans for C&S/M&E works, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data to ensure compliance with design requirements. Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for equipment and systems, using computer-assisted equipment. Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies and clarity of design intent. Responsible for preparing and producing shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance with engineers’ requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Preferably with a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experienced in design management, rebar concrete (RC), steel structure detail and design development. Competent in Microsoft suites and proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM. Good communications and able to work in team. Tender experience will be prefer. Location: West Region.
