Civil And Structural Engineer

Job Responsibilities : Assist the Project Manager in managing all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Coordinate project activities among consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Review construction drawings, technical documents, method statements, and project specifications. Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards. Identify technical issues and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders. Supervise site activities and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and applicable regulations. Monitor project costs, resource allocation, procurement schedules, and material deliveries. Prepare project reports, progress updates, technical documentation, and meeting minutes. Participate in site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and inspections. Support testing, commissioning, project handover, and close-out activities. Promote compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and company policies. Mentor and guide junior engineers and site personnel where required. Job Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline. At least 9 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or building construction projects. Experience managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or building construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, project planning, and site management. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents. Good understanding of quality management, construction sequencing, and risk management. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment. 6-days work week
