Job Description: Oversee and lead the team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company’s safety systems at sites Inspect and examine the workplace to ensure workplace safety compliance Identify safety, environmental health non-compliance and recommend measures to rectify Liaise with authorities and clients on matters pertaining to environmental, workplace safety issues Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Managers on all safety and health issues . Conduct & organize internal / external WSH trainings for staffs. Conduct incident investigations & propose corrective actions. Review OHSMS and provide recommendations for improvement of safety. Conduct regular inspection and audits on the safety provisions. Conduct, review & submit Risk Assessments. Prepare safe work procedures for site activities. Requirements: Specialist Diploma in WSH Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry Possess a valid registration with MOM
