Senior Archi Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Design Coordination Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings Coordination with BIM modelers in preparation and submission of Architectural shop drawings. Liaise with consultants, architects, and project teams to clarify design intent Project Management Support Monitor architectural work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines Responsible for supervision and coordination of all architectural work and site management. Assist in the preparation of method statements, schedules, and technical reports Coordinate site inspections and ensure quality control of architectural works Site Inspection with RTO/Consultants. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and approvals Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards Support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation Team Support & Leadership Prepares meeting minutes and conducts meetings for site coordination and progress. Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives Responsible in Interior Design & Architectural Concept and ideas Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in architecture 5-8 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in building works Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods Work Location: Central Region of Singapore
