Finance Executive

Finance Executive Location: Singapore Job Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of finance functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL),bank reconciliation and month-end closing Prepare financial reports, schedules and supporting documents in an accurate and timely manner Assist in GST reporting, tax-related matters and finance documentation when required Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis Liaise with internal departments, auditors, taxagents and external stakeholders when necessary Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements Support finance-related documentation and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management Requirements Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. Experience handling full set of accounts, including AR, AP and month-end closing Candidates with experience in GST reporting, tax-related matters or statutory reporting will have an advantage Prior finance experience in real estate/property development or construction industry will be preferred Candidates with property development full-cycle finance experience are highly welcomed Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work within timelines Positive working attitude with willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment We are committed to developing long-term talent and welcome individuals seeking stable career growth within the company.
