WSH Safety Coordinator

Job Description Assist in daily site safety inspections. Monitor compliance with WSH regulations, company safety policies, PPE requirements and safe work procedures. Assist in conducting toolbox meetings under the guidance of senior WSH personnel. Assist in incident reporting and investigations. Maintain safety records, permits and other WSH documentation. Follow up on corrective actions arising from inspections and audits. Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors and workers to ensure compliance with WSH requirements. Promote good housekeeping and foster a positive workplace safety culture. Job Requirements Possess a valid WSH Safety Coordinator Certificate Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) experience are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safe work practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with site workers and subcontractors who use these languages. Willing to work in a construction and/or marine site environment. Knowledge or experience in the construction and/or marine industry. Basic understanding of risk assessment and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems. Possession of own transportation will be an advantage due to limited public transportation access. Working Location: Near 21a, Aviation Park Road, Singapore 498762 6 working days per week
