WSH Officer (Lta)

Job Description Implement and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and regulations on site. Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and WSH training for employees and subcontractors. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend preventive measures. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, LTA, HDB, and relevant authorities on WSH matters. Maintain WSH records, safety statistics, and prepare weekly/monthly safety reports. Support safety audits, emergency drills, and ensure compliance with MOM, LTA, and HDB requirements. Requirements Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore. Possess a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LTA, HDB, or construction projects. Good knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, Regulations, and Codes of Practice. Strong communication, coordination, and incident investigation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and preparation of safety reports and documentation.
