Senior M&E Coordinator

Job Summary You will coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules while resolving technical issues and reporting to project leadership. Responsibilities Lead site meetings with consultants to discuss M&E works and resolve technical or site issues Analyze M&E drawings to coordinate and align works with consultants and sub-contractors for issue resolution Monitor and verify that M&E works comply with project specifications and drawings Communicate promptly with Project Director and Project Manager regarding technical or site problems related to M&E works Supervise daily progress of M&E works on site to ensure quality and timeliness Coordinate sub-contractors’ M&E activities to maintain adherence to project schedules Required competencies and certifications Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 5-8 years of experience in main construction companies, preferably on large-scale projects Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership qualities
