WSH Coordinator (Precast Factory)

Job Description Conduct daily workplace safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions within the precast factory. Implement and monitor compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and regulations. Prepare, review, and update Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and safety documentation. Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting operations, crane activities, machinery operation, and work-at-height. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and WSH training programs for employees and subcontractors. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Maintain safety records, workers' certifications, equipment inspection reports, and statutory compliance documents. Coordinate with management, auditors, clients, and government authorities on safety inspections, audits, and compliance matters. REQUIREMENT Diploma, Higher Nitec, or equivalent qualification in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related discipline. Possess a valid WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Coordinator) or equivalent MOM-recognized qualification. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a precast factory, construction, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment. Good knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, WSH Regulations, Risk Assessment (RA), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP). Experience in conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, safety training, and compliance audits. Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills, with the ability to work effectively with workers, supervisors, and management.
