Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduate)

Job Description: Prepare and analyse cost comparisons and estimates Obtain quotations, and liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements Prepare Variation Orders (VO), claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payments Assist in cost control and contract administration Perform other quantity surveying–related duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (e.g. Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, SIT, BCA Academy, NTU, NUS) Good team player with a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and grow with the company Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude 5days work week Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens Job location: Project Based in Singapore
