Job Description & Requirements Reviews tender documents including drawing and business documents to understand project details and curtain wall technical requirements Quantity take-off and calculate curtain wall system for each project Indicate the curtain wall contract work scope on the floor plan, elevation and curtain wall detail drawings Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirement Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule Ensure submission of bonds / warranties from sub-contractors Prepare report of cost summary Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
