Product Manager (Corporate Banking)

Job Description: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements to development to launch and post-release optimization. Manage and improve customer onboarding process and lifecycle KYC process, including digitalization internal and external workflow. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance, Risk and Operations to ensure products meet regulatory and internal requirements. Participate in various projects and User Acceptance Test relating to new functions or enhancement of existing functions of online banking service. Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to support business growth and revenue targets. P&P periodic review and updates. Provide internal trainings for business teams on any new products and product optimization. Perform other duties assigned by team lead. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or a related field Relevant 3 years or above of experience in corporate banking products; preferably in corporate online banking, cash management, client onboarding/KYC process enhancement, or product governance. Strong interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills to work with the team. Independent in thinking, arranging work and dealing with business partners or service providers. Meticulous with details, diligent and efficient in follow-through. Good communication skills in both written and oral Mandarin and English to liaise with internal and external chinese stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
