Job Summary Coordinate and manage BIM implementation for an LTA project, resolving BIM issues and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient BIM processes and collaboration. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage BIM implementation for the assigned LTA project to ensure effective collaboration among project stakeholders Identify and resolve BIM-related issues by proposing solutions that enhance BIM process efficiency Liaise with clients and external stakeholders on BIM-related matters to represent and protect the project's BIM interests Apply detailed knowledge of BIM standards, processes, and technologies to support project delivery Utilize BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to execute BIM coordination tasks Collaborate effectively with design, construction, and client teams to align BIM activities with project management and construction processes Required competencies and certifications Certification in BIM or construction management (from "A relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, with a certification in BIM or construction management") Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field Significant experience as a BIM Coordinator in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
