Key Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise network infrastructure solutions (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls), ensuring alignment with project and business requirements Document detailed network architecture, deployment, and migration plans for customer projects and internal operations Work closely with cybersecurity, systems, and application teams to deliver secure, integrated, and scalable end-to-end solutions Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network systems across multiple environments Lead or participate in financial sector projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, and contribute to establishing network architecture standards Take ownership of maintaining and managing existing customer networks, ensuring stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs Act as the technical point of contact for enterprise clients, including handling escalations, troubleshooting, and driving strategic network improvements Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend enhancements to meet evolving business needs Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in enterprise networking roles Strong hands-on experience with networking products and protocols (Huawei, Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.) Solid understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, and VoIP Proven experience in projects within the banking or financial services industry Strong ability to draft and present comprehensive network deployment and implementation plans, tailored to enterprise and financial sector environments Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese because the candidate needs to liaise with both English and Chinese speaking stakeholders Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders Ability to lead technical initiatives and contribute to strategic infrastructure planning Relevant certifications preferred: HCIP/HCIE, CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, AWS Networking Specialty, etc.
