Architectural Coordinator

Assist Project Manager and Site Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters and complains related to project sites. Coordinate, organize and prepare construction documents and drawings. Coordinates with subcontractors on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards. Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval. Prepare and attend RTO inspection, attend site meeting, monitor and supervise site Architecture works and liaise with consultants. Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect. Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation. Liaise with the QA/QC team to implement and maintain a robust quality control plan for architectural elements. Requirements Minimum 3 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) project. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering. Knowledge in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC). Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations. Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment. Strong leadership, coaching skills and organising abilities. Able to work independently.
