Management Trainee Complete structured training across all restaurant operations. Learn and perform Front-of-House duties including customer service, cashiering, and order management. Gain exposure to Kitchen Operations, food preparation, food safety, and quality control. Assist in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and operational excellence. Support manpower scheduling and team supervision. Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and cost control. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food hygiene, and workplace safety regulations. Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues. Prepare daily sales reports and operational documentation. Participate in marketing campaigns and business improvement initiatives. Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
