Roles & Responsibilities Ensure that the culinary team maintains quality and standard of cooking whilst complying to health and safety standard In charge of cooking and preparations of all dishes Following kitchen and hygiene set standards Responsible of management and progress of cooks Ensuring of food freshness and expiries To remove any hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or equipment In charge of food ingredient ordering Capable to come up with new dishes on a quarterly basis Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in Sichuan Cuisine Able to cook typical Sichuan Cuisine dishes Able to commit 6 days of work per week A good team player Willingness to listen to feedback for improvement Able to work in a fast-paced environment
