Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities: Conduct land and topographical surveys for construction and infrastructure projects. Collect and analyze measurement data using GPS, Total Station, and other survey instruments. Provide accurate site measurements and assist in setting out key points. Support engineers and architects in design layout and construction works. Carry out as-built surveys and report deviations from design. Ensure all surveying work complies with BCA and other authority requirements. Prepare survey plans, drawings, and reports for client approval. Coordinate with project and engineering teams to deliver timely and accurate survey data. Perform quality checks and resolve data or fieldwork discrepancies. Key Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction. Familiar with survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Laser Scanner) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, LSS). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. SISV certification is an advantage.
