Job Summary Coordinate and manage utility construction projects by liaising with agencies, supervising excavation work, and supporting project teams to ensure safe, timely, and uninterrupted utility services on site. Responsibilities Coordinate approvals, processes, and documentation for utilities and services to ensure compliance and project progress Engage and liaise with utility agencies, authorities, and approved subcontractors to manage service relocation and installation effectively Administer utility construction projects by developing detailed project scopes, timelines, specifications, and budgets to meet project goals Support project groups and technicians by providing guidance on utility processes, design considerations, and construction activities to enhance project execution Monitor excavation work related to utilities to ensure safety standards are met and utilities supply remains uninterrupted on site Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or project coordination for underground infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity
