Construction Manager

With several new projects secured, we are expanding our team and are currently hiring. Job Descriptions Lead, oversee, manage, supervise, and direct site staff and sub-contractors to execute the project in accordance with the design specifications/drawings, approve work methods, meet authorities’ requirements, and ensure on-time completion of the project Establish the quality management system, safety and risk management, time management, and cost planning for the construction activities Coordinate, take corrective actions, monitor the actions taken, and update our client regularly Identify and address any site/project issues when they arise Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to ensure proper coordination Oversee the planning and construction of the project, monitor the work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program Guide the project team in relation to construction works to ensure progress is according to the schedule, and maintain the quality standard Job Requirements Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Minimum 10 years of civil engineering infrastructure project experience Strong leadership qualities with good analytical and communication skills The remuneration package shall be commensurate with relevant project experiences, proven track records, and professional skills.
