Senior BIM Technical Executive

We are looking for a Senior BIM Technical Executive to join our team - someone who is passionate about harnessing BIM to transform the way buildings are designed, coordinated, and delivered. Job Responsibilities Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for architectural projects in compliance with BCA BIM standards and project requirements. Generate construction drawings, documentation, and schedules directly from BIM models. Conduct clash detection and coordination across disciplines (Architectural, C&S, M&E). Support the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design/technical issues using BIM workflows. Maintain and update BIM libraries, templates, and office standards. Assist in BIM submissions to authorities (e.g. CORENET X / BIM e-submission). Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field. Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in modeling, coordination, or technical support. Proficient in Revit (Architecture), AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of BIM 360/Dynamo is an advantage. Familiar with Singapore BIM standards and BCA submission requirements. Certification in BIM (e.g. BCAA Specialist Diploma in BIM, VDC/IDD certification) preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
