(HQ, London, United Kingdom) Electrical & Automation Application Engineer Support design, integration, testing, and commissioning of electrical and automation systems, ensuring reliable, compliant solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers across complex industrial and energy projects. Key Responsibilities Support design and application of electrical and automation systems (power, control, instrumentation). Interpret electrical drawings including schematics, wiring, and single-line diagrams. Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions. Support system integration across electrical, controls, and mechanical domains. Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and site activities. Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues and perform root cause analysis. Support verification, validation, and compliance with engineering standards. Contribute to technical design reviews and solution validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer discussions. Job Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or related field. Experience in electrical, automation, or application/system integration roles (fresh graduates with relevant exposure considered). Hands-on knowledge of power systems, control systems, or industrial electrical setups. Familiarity with PLCs, automation concepts, and instrumentation systems. Experience with testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and system layouts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in cross-functional and structured engineering environments.
