About the Role Cintra Consultancy is looking for a driven, bubbly & personable Business Development Intern to join our Business Growth team for our media products and services. This is a hands-on 6 months opportunity to gain real exposure across sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement while contributing directly to the company's growth. You'll work alongside experienced team members, engage with real prospects and clients, and build practical skills in pitching, lead management, and marketing, making this an ideal launchpad for anyone looking to start a career in business development or sales. What You'll Do Sales & Client Engagement Engage and follow up with inbound enquiries and company-generated leads. Outreach to prospective clients on our services. Conduct sales pitches and product/service presentations to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. Support lead nurturing and relationship-building activities. Marketing & Research Conduct market and competitor research. Support social media, website, and digital marketing initiatives. Assist in content creation for marketing campaigns. Operations & Coordination Maintain accurate lead and customer records. Work closely with the Business Growth team to achieve sales targets. Perform other sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, and project-related duties as assigned by management from time to time. What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Good interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude. Comfortable communicating with prospects via phone calls, online meetings, WhatsApp, and email. Confident in presenting ideas, products, and services. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in business development, sales, and marketing. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
