As a DLP Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of DLP administrators and engineers responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of Citi's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platforms. You will oversee operational delivery, team performance, change management, stakeholder engagement, and management reporting, ensuring the DLP environment remains stable, secure, and aligned with Citi's data protection and cybersecurity objectives. The role requires a blend of technical leadership, people management, operational excellence, and strategic planning. You will partner closely with Information Security, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver reliable DLP services, drive platform enhancements, and support Citi's broader data protection strategy. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of DLP administrators and engineers responsible for the daily operation and support of the DLP infrastructure and associated technologies. Provide day-to-day oversight of team activities, workload management, incident response, production support, and operational priorities. Establish performance objectives and provide coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members. Monitor service delivery metrics, operational health, and platform performance, providing regular management reporting and executive updates. Ensure operational processes, support procedures, and controls are executed consistently and in accordance with Citi policies and standards. Oversee system health monitoring, capacity planning, patch management, and platform lifecycle activities to ensure high availability and reliability. Lead change management activities, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented with minimal operational risk. Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and engineering teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities, manage security risks, and maintain a secure DLP environment. Drive the resolution of significant incidents and escalations, coordinating resources across multiple teams and ensuring timely remediation. Lead platform upgrades, strategic initiatives, automation efforts, and process improvement programs that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Collaborate with security analysts and business stakeholders to ensure DLP policies are effectively implemented and aligned to business requirements and data protection objectives. Manage relationships with vendors and third-line engineering teams to support issue resolution, product enhancements, and technology roadmap planning. Develop and maintain operational KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and reporting to demonstrate team performance and platform effectiveness. Evaluate emerging DLP technologies, industry trends, and security threats, recommending improvements that enhance Citi's data protection capabilities. Ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives by coordinating resources, managing priorities, and removing execution barriers. Influence strategic decisions through technical expertise, operational insight, and risk-based recommendations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
