Senior Manager, Operations & Technical Services

Summary As a Projects & Technical Specialist, this role will lead the development and execution of long-term asset management strategies by overseeing AEI and new development projects, optimizing asset performance, and driving key initiatives such as innovation, sustainability, and EHS compliance. With more new regulatory related to sustainability reporting and net zero targets, this role will take on to work closely with CDL Sustainability and GBDS (Green Building, Decarbonization & Safety) to develop strategies to achieve the ambitious targets by Year 2030. As a Senior Manager, you will need to provide greater leadership in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and vendor management, with autonomy in decision making and scaling solutions across assets. Job Responsibilities Develop and oversee project plans, incorporating timelines, budgets and resource to ensure quality and timely delivery Monitor and control project budgets and implement efficiency measures without compromising standards Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business needs; provide clear and consistent updates Lead vendor selection, evaluation, and performance management to ensure quality, safety and timely delivery Proactively identify project risks dependencies and regulatory requirements; implement effective mitigation strategies and ensure EHS and sustainability compliance Job Requirement A recognized Degree in Engineering/Building Services/Real Estate related disciplines. Minimum 7 - 10 years relevant experience with proven leadership in managing projects and scaling initiatives across multiple assets Strong understanding of commercial property sector operations (tenant needs, cost efficiency, sustainability ROI and compliance) Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value Strong analytical, presentation skills and communication skills Hands-on, resourceful, execution-focussed and thrives in a fast paced environment Team player with initiative, motivation and a growth mindset Requirements City Developments Limited (CDL) is committed to fostering an inclusive culture that respects the diversity of its employees and stakeholders.
