About this role

The Change Manager is responsible for leading and delivering change management across various projects, with a strong focus on the onboarding of a new external client and technology implementations across Asia. The Change Manager works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand the people, process, and technology impacts of change, identify risks, and design practical change strategies that support adoption and business continuity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Change Management Develop and deliver change management plans and activities across all phases of project delivery (Design, Build, Test, Train, Go Live, Hypercare, Handover to BAU). Provide change input into governance forums and delivery planning, escalating risks, readiness concerns, and impacts where required. Conduct change impact assessments to inform communications, training, and readiness activities. Identify, assess, and manage change risk by tailoring mitigation strategies for team members. Actively identify, navigate, and address resistance and develop strategies to manage it effectively. In conjunction with People & Safety, build and deliver a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy to support smooth change adoption. Support change adoption, including conducting a training needs analysis, developing training materials, and training delivery. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change activities and adapt the approach as required. Navigate a highly operational-driven change environment, applying fit-for-purpose change approaches where structured change management may be limited. Define and track adoption and readiness indicators, including success metrics. Stakeholder Engagement Identify key stakeholders and assess readiness, influence, and engagement needs. Build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders, operational teams, and external stakeholders, proactively managing expectations to ensure alignment, engagement, and change advocacy. Ensure stakeholders are informed of change initiatives in a clear, timely, and effective manner. Establish and support a change champion network or local advocates to reinforce adoption. Collaborate with project teams, departments, and external clients to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of the change. Proactively surface and manage stakeholder risks, issues, and dependencies. Physical Dimensions Ability to work in an office environment that involves sitting and/or standing at a workstation. Ability to use standard IT equipment, including a monitor, mouse and keyboard. Ability to use office stairs (or take shelter in stair well in the event of a building emergency evacuation). Ability to wear a facemask in line with government directives. Ability to visit and/or oversee works occurring at Partner sites. Experience/Expertise Essential 10+ years’ proven experience leading change initiatives in mid to large-scale environments, including client onboarding and technology implementations. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver practical change management strategies. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business requirements into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences. Experience working with senior leaders, frontline teams, and external stakeholders, while balancing competing priorities and expectations. Solid understanding of end-to-end project delivery lifecycles (e.g., Design, Build, Test, Train, Go Live, Hypercare, Handover to BAU) and how change supports and integrates across these phases. Strong digital literacy, with the ability to work confidently in a technology-enabled operating environment.
