Job Description Manage projects to ensure that work is carried out in a manner that meets the targets set out by the management Responsible of project schedule control within the planned milestone dates Responsible of the project cost control within agreed budget Monitor contractual and technical specifications. Identify and record changes to the project scope of supply and manage variation orders effectively with Main Contractor Job Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer. At least ten (10) years relevant local experience including in the managing and construction of vehicular structures and roads, Knowledgeable in software skills such as AutoCAD and MS Office Problem solving and leadership skill Able to start work with short notice/immediately
