Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks meet high-quality standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximise operational efficiency Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to identify and address areas for improvement Provide training and ongoing support to enhance the cleaning team’s skills and knowledge Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory levels, and staff performance metrics Collaborate with management to evaluate and adopt new cleaning technologies and best practices Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve operational issues Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client needs Proficiency in English and the local language to follow written and verbal instructions clearly Proactive and customer-focused approach to maintain high client satisfaction Other Information Interested applicants please WhatsApp wa.me/98890396
