Fundraising Manager

Overview of Responsibilities: The Fundraising Manager/Senior Manager provides strategic support to Head of Corporate Communications in the development of Branding communications strategy and is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising capabilities and strategies to secure financial support for Club HEAL, ensuring effective donor engagement and relationship management. This role is crucial in connecting the organisation’s mission with potential donors, fostering long-term support and financial stability. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, financial oversight, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the organization’s vision and needs. Key Responsibilities: The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet the organisation’s overall goals and objectives • Identify and research potential funding sources, including individual donors, corporations, foundations, and government grants • Cultivate and steward relationships with new and existing donors to foster long-term engagement and support. • Lead the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand and mission. • Monitor and analyse fundraising metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions. • Maintain the donor database, ensuring accurate records of contributions and communications for effective relationship management. • Collaborate with communications teams to create marketing materials and messaging that support fundraising initiatives. Strong communication, proposal writing and presentation skills. Knowledge of charity governance and compliance in Singapore.
