Dance Hostess

Dance Hall Host/Hostess Responsibilities & Duties Greet guests as they arrive and guide them to their seats. Manage reservations and ensure a smooth entry process. Facilitate introductions among guests to enhance social interaction. Coordinate with DJs or live performers to ensure timely performances. Monitor the dance floor for safety and encourage participation. Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces before and after events. Organize and lead dance activities or lessons for guests. Address any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. Collect feedback from guests to improve future events. Promote upcoming events and encourage repeat attendance. Dance Hall Host/Hostess Qualifications & Skills Experience in hospitality or event hosting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A background in dance or familiarity with dance styles. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role at an entertainment venue. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of customer service principles. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and a passion for dance and entertainment.
