About this role

Manage end-to-end premium and high-value shipments while serving as the primary escalation point for complex service recovery. Requires a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business with at least 3 years of experience in shipping or freight forwarding. Proficiency in shipping systems and experience with special cargo (DG, OOG, Reefer) is highly advantageous.
